Frequently Asked Questions

Q) How long will it take to treat a ½ gallon jar of water if I tape the card to the outside of the jar?

A) More than likely, just a minute or two. However, to get rid of all flavors attached to today's water systems, leave on the card (you don't have to tape it on, simply set container on the card) for a couple of hours.

Q) Can I just attach a card to the long spout on the kitchen faucet and get a good result or do I need to put one on each hose under the sink?

A) Yes, you can attach, I do!

Q) How far does the effect of the card reach? You say that the Grander technology goes 39” but have the cards shown to be that strong?

A) It is the technology, not just Grander. The technology reaches out a meter in every direction. The newly energized water in air, food, liquids, etc. reaches out for another meter. This is the way of the technology...

Q) You recommend treating food when I am eating out. Do I set the card under the plate, pass it over the food or touch the food? How long does it take to get the full results?

A) You can do any of the above but I always place under the plate and always remember to get the card before I am through eating.

Q) You said that after heating water (for tea) that the water should be treated. Can I just set the cup on the card and, if so, for how long?

A) I think, due to Schauberger's experiences, that water does in fact lose charge when it is heated above 6 degrees C (42.8 degrees F). Just move card above the cup of tea to re-energize solution.

Q) Can I set a metal pan of liquid on the card and treat successfully? If so, does the temperature of the pan make a difference?

A) If the pan is too hot, it will melt the card. Just sit the card adjacent to the hot pot. Remember, the one meter rule.

Q) How long does the food need to be in the refrigerator before it is fully treated by the refrigerator card?

A) I feel leaving the food in the treated refrigerator for an hour or two is essential.

Q) Can I just warm the card and tape it around the plastic/rubber garden hose? How many cards will be needed to run a ¾” hose for my garden?

A) One card per 100 feet of hose.

Q) If I don’t attach the card to the water pipe, can I tape the card to the underside of my washing machine lid to treat the wash water? If so, how long will it take to reach full treatment?

I would tape it to the two hoses on the back of the machine, hot and cold.

Q) Is there any way that I can test to see if I am using the card correctly? I want to make sure that the foods and liquids are getting fully treated to have the best results?

A) If you bring cards into contact with anything that has water, it will be treated, air, water, drinks, foods.

Q) I have a few Water Baby Cards but need to know how to use them if I am not able to attach them to the incoming water lines.

A) You should be able to locate a pipe somewhere to place the cards on a pipe. Heat in warm water for 5 minutes and tie wrap on your incoming water pipe. You can also wrap card on each cold water/additionally hot water flexi hose under sinks/baths and kitchen, etc. and place on shower pipes coming from walls.
