The Russian Academy of Natural Science, through seven years of testing in their laboratories, learned some amazing information about water. They learned water revitalization could occur through restructuring the water, using certain proprietary energy messages.

Later, German and Austrian Scientists
• Later, German and Austrian Scientists, working directly and on contract for the Austrian company, Grander Technologies, learned the energy field reaches out for one meter or 39 inches in every conceivable direction! They were experiencing frustration with all water used in their laboratories. They wanted water for testing to remain non-revitalized. They could find no way to protect non revitalized water from revitalization. A lead box was constructed to keep non-revitalized water from revitalization. Even with the lead box, the non-revitalized water in the lead box revitalized.
Grander Technologies
For Grander Technologies, the scientists found this technology even pierces through lead! Unlike radiation. Grander was using far lower energy levels than are used in the U.S. today. Even with low energy levels of electromagnetic generation, revitalized water reached out for a distance of 39 inches (1 meter) in all directions to revitalize anything containing water. Again, in all directions, not just up, down, sideway, etc. Interestingly enough, they also learned through attempting to prevent the revitalization of laboratory testing water for their research purposes, that the newly revitalized water would also reach out for another 39 inches or one meter to revitalize all water within 39 inches and so on.
